How much are you paying your Registered Agent?
If you are paying more than $99 a year, you are paying too much!

What is a Resident/Registered Agent and do you need one?
A registered agent is a person or business appointed by a Nevada company. It is Nevada law that every Nevada company filed with the Secretary of State have a registered agent. The law states that if a person sues your Nevada company, the person suing you must deliver the papers to your Nevada registered agent. It is a minimal legal requirement.

How well do you know your registered agent?
Although it is a minimal requirement to have a registered agent, the role is an important one. Let's say your company gets served with legal papers. You have 20 days to respond to the legal papers. If you miss that deadline, the person suing you can win his case without you ever knowing about it. A default judgment can be entered against your corporation if you do not respond to the person suing you. If your registered agent is on vacation and fails to send you the paperwork, you could be in trouble.

Why hire us?

We are owned by LorettCo, a Nevada corporation.

We have been in business since 1997.

We represent over 900 clients.

We will not try to sell you unnecessary services like certified copies, bookkeeping, tapes or manuals, office rent, inflated filing fees, deluxe record books or company seals. (There is a law in Nevada that states a seal is not necessary and it does not effect the legality of any paper).

We provide you with three notices regarding your annual filing. The State charges a $75 late fee if your Annual List is filed late. We send you a notice three months before your List is due. Another notice is sent to you two months before your List is due, and a final reminder one month before your List is due.

We have never had a complaint filed against us.

We have never had to give a client's money back.

We offer convenient online services, including the ability to file your Annual List online using a credit card.
